Ressence Type 3W - Serial #45 (Estate)

Presenting one of the very most innovative watches ever created. Ressence practically threw all traditional watchmaking conventions out the window to create their remarkable line of watches. Here we have their Type 3 (Type 3W) whose upper case is filled with 3.75 mL of oil to give the impression of a watch without a crystal. Just below the "invisible" sapphire crystal displays time, date, days of the week, and temperature gauge informing the wearer of the range the watch can be worn to keep the oil well preserved inside.
